Our philosophy

Our philosophy is to make a hand-crafted wine to be sold without middle-men so that producer and consumer can get to know each other. Consumers can also take advantage of the wines’ accessible prices and share knowledge with the producer in a way that only a close, direct relationship can allow.
The onus is also on vine-growing, while our wine-making methods are carried out and monitored in their entirety by a producer that knows the origin of every single grape. He is at the beginning of the chain of production among vineyards that were planted by his ancestors and at the end when he uncorks the first bottle of the vintage in the family winery.
This is the strength of the small grower: being able to control the whole of the wine-making process, from the pruning, deciding the optimal moment to harvest the grapes, the racking, until finally the bottling.
